"Leader of the Pack"

A pastel I just finished of some Geese around a pond near were our son lives.  Might do a couple of others, since their is something about them that warms your heart.  Maybe, the fact that when they pick a mate, it is for the rest of their life.

Spiritual Setting

This is an oil painting I started a few years ago, but never really got into finishing until now.  It is 46 x 30, so it is pretty big.  I started out with that dark background for years.  Then I just started layering in the lighter background; the one with the easel in the picture.  Just yesterday I just kind of tweaked everything and named the painting.  I haven't signed it yet, but I think it is there.
